St. Isaac of Syria Skete in Wisconsin offers a very large collection of mounted print icons, using photos that they have taken at various Orthodox communities around the world. Their monastery is in obedience ot the Orthodox Church in America.
The place to go for Russian Orthodox Music CDs. They have music in English and Russian, but you can also get a limited selection of Byzantine Chant in both English and Greek. If you’re not sure what you want, call up Vlad and ask him about the music; he’s very knowledgeable.
